This is incorrect. It's likely only the more active players. I've had it since the first series of free keys and didn't get any more.

Though, I don't play it so yeah, not really a big blow either.

Yep, Bunch of people received 2x keys each. Taking too long to load :( but it gets like this a lot, Not just because of the dota 2 keys.
