I only watched the new Star Trek movies and vaguely remember watching one of the series when I was a child but I do like the world and characters of Star Trek even though I usually can't stand such movies (I can't stand Star Wars or Guardians of The Galaxy for example)

I know Lower Decks is a bit different from the mainstream Star Trek, but the premise is brilliant. I really enjoy it.

I'm in the TNG crew but DS9 is also great.

I'm so out of the loop when it comes to Star Trek stuff, I've not even heard about some of the shows. Lower Deck, Discovery, Strange New Worlds & Prodigy are shows I did not even know existed.

But out of the ones I know existed, I would have to say DS9. It had the most interesting ongoing plot, though I feel like TNG had some of the best characters.
