Awaiting feedback from someone with a suspended account

In one of my giveaways i sent the winner the prize but the winners account says suspended but they have recieved the item from my inventory, will my account now keep saying awaiting feedback 1, is there some way i can get this marked as recieved.

If you sent it through email and it was as gift (not key) you can cancel it and ask for a reroll

it was sent through steam and they have accepted it, its no longer in my inventory in steam.

when i delivered it they wasn't suspended, checked today since its been a week and says their account is suspended, must have happened in the past few days

You should've just told the guy to mark received right away, but I'm guessing a mod has to check directly and you gotta hope it works out.

Click on support and open a ticket there, with a pic/proof that you sent the gift to the winner, they should be able to help you.

In case it isn't obvious, replace "yourID" with "akitomay". The resulting links being:

http://steamcommunity.com/id/akitomay/inventoryhistory/

As the other person accepted the gift, you'll have to click on "View gift history" after clicking on the first link. Then take a screenshot, upload it and link to it in your support ticket.

Really? When I send gifts direct to steam account it doesn't shows at pending gifts, just when I received games.

Are you sure about that? It always shows up there for me. It gets moved to the gift history as soon as the other person accepts it though. Next time you send a gift, check the pending gifts section immediately. If it's not there, you might want to contact Steam support with a bug report.
