After serving in high-ranking positions in the police ever since he became a young pony without ever giving thought to the unjust measures taken to regulate discontented citizens and other social "unacceptables," he finally begun to understand these inherent problems after his people began an assault on Equestria. While initially successful, even their brutality and military might could not stand against the overwhelming forces of the Princesses. By the time his nation had begun to take further and further desperate measures to secure their ill-gotten land and strike terror into the hearts of their enemies, Theo had learned enough to realize how wrong it all was. He deserted the army and ultimately saved himself from destruction, as the Equestrians were forced to push all the way to his home island as his former military leaders would not surrender or cease their threats of violence. Now, in the aftermath, this former police/soldier lives a solitary life as a hermit, attempting to reconcile the deeds of his people and even his own actions which what he now considers right.

Personality: Tense/jumpy and quiet. Enjoys reading, especially fiction, as a form of escapism. Another hobby of his is astrology. No longer uses magic for any purpose that can be done with hands.

Francesco is a very happy pony who can have a very energetic personality at times. He barfs gold, and poops out rainbows. He loves chasing rabbits, which is actually what he's revving up to do in his photo. In his spare time, he enjoys cuddling with me, his loving owner(That's an awww moment right there). He's a loving pet and is extremely fast, and I could not ask for anything better.
