Most likely Dota 2, it never gets old.

Torment: Tides of Numenera is a good candidate, but since it's very far from being finished it's a little hard to tell.

A programming game like MindRover, .NET Terrarium, RealTimeBattle. Or start developing own games.

Civ. Any of them. Probably preferably 5 with G&K and BNW, but they're all great. I probably play at least one Civ game a week since I've had a computer. I've even played on the DS and XBox.
