I only passed on the android 1 and 2 bundles because I already had the games, but if you're more of a mobile person, they were good bundles.

Not too interested in those games at the moment, but that might change as I think it over more.

I wonder: Is it possible to activate the Indie Royale games on Desura AND Steam or is it either one or the other?

You can activate them on both platforms, i did it for myself every time...the "stupid" is that you become for steam each one key(ok, this time only for 2 games) and for desura you get one key for a pack, like it is at humble bundle now...i would like to give some keys away but..mäh :)

Thanks! :)

So it's possible to give away Desura keys and activate the games for my own Steam account? Would wait until the Bundle sale is over, though. (to not reduce potential bundle sales :P)

Yeah...but, how we said, only 2 of the 5 Games have Steam Keys ;)

Well, I guess that's just a very minor inconvenience.

I got it, 2 games on steam w/ achievements.

Still feel bad for not getting the previous, wanted it for vertex dispenser, but I had all the other games.

Same here. Vertex dispenser looked interesting but I have had almost no money lately.

This is the first Indie Royale bundle I'm going to pass on. In the others there was at least ONE game I was interested in... but neither of the two (TWO?!?!) steam games they have seem interesting at all to me. Oh well, at least there's going to be another 5 bundles up by next week >.>

Really, people? The games don't look bad at all, IMO. That said, I don't know if I'm going to buy it.

Buy it, Outpost Kaloki is one of my favourite games. And Kingdom of Keflars demo was great on X360, so was Cloning Clyde :)

Unfortunately I miscalculated the previous one , which I wanted and didn't get a chance to buy (since I thought it would run for another day :/), so I might give this one a try.
Only game of these I've seen before is that Cloning Clyde though.

Are steam keys important to you or would you also be satisfied with just the Desura key?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Not important at all. I really liked a video of DLC quest and Jolly Rover but missed it due to forgetting the date it ended xD
Will go check trades or something if someone still has any leftovers.

dlc quest was disapointing. well, it was funny and good but it was like an hr for 100% finished game, or less then an hr.

Portal's short as well. Doesn't make it disappointing. I'd prefer a short, good game, to a ten hour long slog.

That...is not what she said.
But true otherwise.

most def jade. as long as the asking price isn't too out of hand, that is (which in the case of any bundle, it's not.)

I also really liked Dear Esther and that's super duper short.

I just tried DLC Quest. It is exactly how I expected it to be, so not that disappointing for me. Can't say I didn't enjoy it :)

I have DLC Quest and Lair of the Evildoer on 360. DLC quest is quite fun and funny (if very short, but then again it's a $1 game). Evildoer is pretty fun as well and has more replay value.

Jolly Rover was... good, but not great. It was funny at times. But the plot was fairly meh even for a humor game and, while it managed to keep it's gameplay solid enough, it still had a bad case of 'only one way to solve problems even if anything would work.'

I hadn't even checked out Lair of the Evildoer so after those two I was going to try Vertex Dispenser. After reading this I'll give Lair a try...oh and A kingdom (I checked it out after reading your other comment too). Thanks for the tips :D

Well, let me know how Vertext Dispenser is. I'm interested in that game. Was the only one from the last bunde I didn't have.

Bought! Mostly for Ancients of Ooga since I'm interested in it since they released it on steam (and since it somehow reminds me of Crash Bandicoot :D)

This bundle would be vastly improved if they had World of Keflings aswell, Ninjabee does good stuff but I already own the two I really like from this bundle and the rest aren't really interesting to me, Kingdom for Keflings is an excellent game though and Outpost Kaloki is really good aswell.

I think I'll pass this one, just bought HB Android 2 for Avadon and Swords & Soldiers... too bad I didn't do it in the beginning when it was ~5,35$ :/. Since I never heard about any of those games in ILP, I won't risk my cash.
