When i Add a game for giveaway :
You're able to create up to 2 additional gifts based on your giveaway feedback.
so what can i do ?

Means you can make 2 more game giveaways at the same time as you made the current one, after that it will block you from making more.
Later the number goes up, think that depends on your level.
