each movie is only worth 2 points, or whatever the rental price is for these movies (if they have a rental price, otherwise CV is calculated off of the full price if they only have a full price).

Q: Why are you listing the rental price instead of the full price?

A: Because of the note right above. (Please read it). CV is calculated off of the rental price for a movie if there is one. If there is NOT a rental price, CV is calculated off of the full retail price of the movie.
