Requesting help w/ Trials Evolution Gold Edition.

Hi, I recently bought Trials Evolution Gold Edition on Steam, I've downloaded the game, it's ready to go (apparently), but as soon as I click to launch it, it pops up an error saying that the game has failed to launch - unknown error; something like that.

I have all my drivers and stuff up to date, all my other games work perfectly fine (even Assassin's Creed: Revelations, which also uses uPlay), but this one starts to be a rock on my shoe.

Anyone knows the problem, or a fix for this situation? I already redeemed the key on uPlay (executed uPlay not through Steam), and the key is real.
Also, I can't execute the game directly from uPlay, when I try to do that, it pops me the same message on Steam.

Try disabling your anti-virus software. Sometimes these will interfere with programs, thinking they're a virus.

I was having the same problem a few weeks ago with Rocksmith (doesn't go through uPlay but is Ubisoft) that randomly started happening. The only fix I could find on the forums was disabling Steam beta in your Steam options.
