CONTRIBUTOR NOT GOING UP

Listen, Yesterday I created giveaway of game Dota 2, and I gave the game to the winner of giveaway and he marked it that he recieved the gift, and then when I go on my profile I see under Vaule that writes 10 dollars. But when I go to enter giveaway that needs contributor it say's that I have value 0.00 dollars. WTF

How do you mean? so this means that I gave a game for 0 contributor eventhough it say's that I have under 10 dollars value

Well, I've done giveaways for 2 groups recently and for both of them, the answer is- "You don't. They invite you". ;)

Mine was pretty quick, but didn't hit til after I checked sent gift even though it was already marked as gift recieved. So make sure you you checked sent even if you have already been checked as recieved by the person who got it. Other than that, I would wait at least a full day or 2 right now with what appear to be updates/maintenance going on.
