If I can suggest something, create a discussion in your group, ask all members to subscribe to it and post links to all the announcements there. It ensures everyone gets a notification when there's changes to the group. I know I've got group notifications turned off because so many groups spam useless stuff and steam still doesn't allow us to only get notifications from specific groups...

Hey, for some reason I can't enter the Hollow Knight giveaway page, I'm in the group for hours now and already did the sync thing a couple of times and it still give me the message that I don't belong to the giveaway group :(
