Can't create giveaway: got "Invalid timezone offset"

For some reason I can't create a giveaway. I'm doing everything as usual, but when I press "Review Giveaway" button it shows red text "Invalid timezone offset" under time range I selected (see screenshot below). I tried using both "Now" and some custom time as a start time of the giveaway, same result. Did anyone have experienced such error? Is it a bug or I'm just doing something wrong without understanding it? And, most important - how to avoid this error and create a giveaway?

UPD. It was because of ESGST. Problem solved.

Did you try making it start tomorrow for example?

I just tested it here with random dates, I had no problems creating a GA... Strange.

Same, I can't reproduce it either, even changing the time/timezone on my PC.

Using ESGST by any chance? I had the same problem at some point and it was caused by it.

Disabled ESGST, and now it works. Thank you, I would never thought about it myself!
