The summer sale is about to start really soon, I'd say it's almost certainly worth waiting just to see if it is discounted. What's the worst that happens if you wait? Worst case scenario it's not on sale and you had to wait a few days.

It seems like a fun game with interesting concept, but it also seems like a game I'd only play for a day or two and then never touch it again. Therefore I personally wouldn't consider buying it unless it gets huge discount.
