I don't have a hard limit but I'm generally pretty tight with my money. So far I've spent $10.99 on The Ship and Legend of Grimrock. I'll get ARMA 2: CO if and only if it goes on sale for 50% or less of retail.

Not really sure, will probably buy some casual games and some RPGs(Achievements kind of sell the bargain to me if I'm not sure), but the game I KNOW I'm going to buy is Recettear:An Item Shop's Tale. The demo was pretty good, and I've been wanting it for over half a year.

$60 CAD and I've spent about $10 so far, grabbed Heroes of M&M 5 with it's expansions and Crusader Kings Complete.

Saving the other $50 for Skyrim and Fallout 3, I've beaten them both before on 360 but I want to play them again properly and with mod support so I'm waiting for those to go on a decent sale. If my assumptions for what those would look like as daily deals is correct then I should still be left with $20-$10 which I'll blow on whatever deals happen to strike my fancy.
