We have a prioritization for our tickets. Some support (like myself) can't work all categories, and some issues are more complex, so some tickets take longer than others. Opening a thread will not get your ticket worked any faster. If it did, then everyone would open new discussions all the time to get theirs works faster.

In the meantime, from the FAQ:
If the gift is not received after one week, you can mark the gift as not received, and attempt to contact the giveaway creator on Steam to follow-up.
This is the best and first course of action in any case.

They are busy people. They will get back to you, be patient and please do not bump the tickets because they will just ingore it longer (they tend to start from oldest and work to the newer tickets!

How long should I wait? Also, comments are disabled on my ticket. Game was not received and it has been about 3 weeks.
