Hmm, since you like Sword art online, have you ever heard of Amatsuki or 1/2 Prince? To be honest I've never watched the anime for those, but I was reading the manga and was finding them rather enjoyable.

Edit: Unrelated, but Air Gear is pretty cool too.

Edit²: If you're willing to go manhwa, Immortal Regis is also good.

Steins;Gate is probably one of the best sci-fi anime ever made. It's so realist too. A masterpiece.

Otherwise, one of my favourites is Katanagatari. It's about sword techniques in a semi-fantastic world. Still, it's mainly the dialogues that make the series. Another masterpiece, and you won't have to wait 1 month between each episode (series was spread over a year, with 40+ minutes episodes).

And Puella Magi Madoka Magika is a hidden gem too. Don't expect Sailor Moon by judging it solely on its looks It's a real drama, worth the watch, and the music is pretty cool too.

Rave Master - a bit of an oldie though it's made by the same person who made Fairy Tail. There's a lot of Rave characters that were in Fairy Tail as well such as Plue and Jellal.

.hack is like Sword Art Online. Generally good anime: One Piece, Death Note, Code Geass. Since you seem to like "ALL THE GIRLS AND SHIT" you can try K-On!, Ichigo 100%, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan, School Rumble, Magister Negi Magi (Stay away from the anime, read the manga)
