There was a digital store where you could bid on games. If the bid was bad, they would make a counter offer. The bids offered were used to adjust the price of the games. Can anybody remember the name of the store? It probably doesn't exist anymore

Maybe have been a old site called ORLYGIFT.
But they said they were taking a break and never came back.
The site is still there. As I looked in my bookmarks and link works
You can look at the FAQ on their site it explains how the site works I have not included the link
as I might be against SG rules.
But it's easy to look up 🤠🤠🤠

Not the right one, the site I'm looking for didn't give free games and it's not an auction. You would offer $x.xx and they would either sell the game to you at that price or they would make a higher counter offer if your offer was too low

i don't get what the point of this site was? to bug dev/publishers for lower prices and take up their time to sell one copy for a fraction of the price because your too impatient to wait for the next sale?

Seems like an interesting concept, though I can't really see it succeeding in execution (and I guess it didn't since the site is defunct now).
