MW2 Nat type strict

Ok I have had Modern Warfare 2 for a while now and i want to play online but it tells me my NAT type is strict. Any fixes???

Use this link, it worked for me when I had the same issue in MW3. Also, I had to do this (just change the program path to your MW2 folder)
But having a strict NAT is not necessarily a problem if you play solo, it only makes it impossible for you to host games (therefore, you can't play with friends either)
