NVIDIA does do shit like this...

Battlefield 3
Batman Arkham City
Batman Arkham Asylum
Metro 2033
Dungeon Siege 3
Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2

+Others like Just Cause 2 & Mafia 2 (you got both) when buying either a 400 or 500 series card in 2010 & 2011 and also Street Fighter 4, Resident Evil 5 and a trial? of Starcraft 2.
& There's probably more I haven't heard about or forgotten.

Actually Nvidia does have a promotion that gives you a free Arkham City with the purchase of a 560 Ti, that's how I got my copy.

Yep. People selling the codes on eBay too. Give you the website, the code, and you get a steam code. Good way to get Arkham City for 15 bucks. Not that I'd know or anything of course.

Nah I still have it :)

Should I look for a code printed on the box or a card that comes with it?

idk man im a Nvidia user but it said "Look for a unique ID card (16 alphanumeric characters) with your AMD product. That ID is required to get your game key."

They are/were for graphic cards. If you got one it came on a piece of cardboard in the box. So unless I'm mistaken, you can't redeem anything from them.

Screw this, I'm gonna download an ATI Card XD

I actually have a brand new 6970 and it's not on the box. It says look for a unique ID card so I would look for that.

I don't think you can get a code if it is a lappy component (as you don't have the specific box, the ID being written on that box, I think). I may be wrong, though.

Has been for a year. Except they leaked 2million keys or so and now you need to take a picture for proof.

Oh right, I didn't even see that. "Consumers *may* be required to take the additional step of submitting a scan or photo of their coupon(s)/receipt."

Probably everyone who bought it before that fiasco'll have to show picture proof.

@DereckShriller: it says the following: "Look for a unique ID card (16 alphanumeric characters) with your AMD product. That ID is required to get your game key."
So I assume you'd need to look in the box for that code which is probably not available on the product.

I'd say it's only for a select few pieces of hardware and not just anything from the brand. Likely it would have been labeled on the outside with at least one of the games as an offer.
"Look for a Deus Ex: Human Revolution Unique ID card with your qualifying AMD Product."

What Tread said. The dirt3 one is the same exact site where I had redeemed a dirt3 promo card that came with a specially marked ATi video card product. And yes, I actually had to verify the ID card with a picture.

Please close this thread, this surely isn't for any AMD product, but for bundles with Dirt 3 or Deus Ex cards to redeem the game in this site.
