Might want to run Malwarebytes after installing it, it likes to add some self-promoting adware. After that's gone, your set for converting.

I use MediaCoder religiously. After installing the full edition, start the tool and to go the Features menu, select UI Plugins > Digital Media Players and select iPhone / iPod / iPad / Apple TV. This will bring up a new window where you can select your device screen format, video bitrate (determines how big the file will be and how good it will look). Then drag-and-drop the videos to be converter and press Start.

I like to watch my downloaded movies/anime/TV shows on my iPod Touch, but converting them to the correct format has always been a hit or miss for me. I've tried various methods in the past, but I can't recall any of them coming out perfectly. There's always some issue such as subtitles becoming miss aligned (unless the videos were already hard-subbed).
So I was wondering: what programs/methods do you guys use to convert your videos into a mobile format?
