DLC Quest is the obvious choice.

Depends on what you want to humorize with.
Some people use how really funny the game is, other use brainfarts when playing or even create some comedy on strange things in the game.
If you're using the first, Dungeons of Dredmor can be a good game for this (strange naaames).
For the second, you can use basically anything.
For the third, try Crayon Physics Deluxe.

... Again, that's assuming you use actual screenshots. If you're drawing stuff, try Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee! It's a classic!

Why not Retro City Rampage? I never played, but it seems to have some humor on it... plus you have sufficient playtime to talk about... ;p

Portal, Magicka, Borderlands 2 or Castle Crashers. Such a great funny games so it would make it easier I think:P
