Thanks for the invite! I've got a question based on current group giveaways. What's the stance of the group when it comes to multi-group GAs and ratio? Do they count for/against a persons ratio when more than GGG is included in the groups list? How will it be monitored?

So I am not really sure how steamgifts calculates the values in that table for multigroup giveaways.
Also according to the rules "All members need to create at least one monthly group only game giveaway (not a DLC), could be a cheap or bundled game if that is all you have."
You are a member now, what do you think makes sense? People will be more willing to give away more stuff if they can give it to more groups, but on the other hand the chance to get stuff is lower if more people can enter to get it.

I'm not too sure how that page calculates it, I believe I read somewhere though that for each group involved, it'll add +1. So let's say I made a giveaway from both GGG and Arise, it would add +1 to both for my giveaways. I feel that ratio should be restricted to group-only giveaways, but that's more of a personal bias, since why should someone get +1 to their ratio if a non-group member won the giveaway?

they way SG calculates on that page is 1/x where x is the amount of groups the giveaway is under

OK, so I am using http://www.steamgifts.com/group/EkKoj/gamesgiveawaygroup/users to monitor your ratios, feel free to give games to multiple groups after your monthly group only giveaway, but have in mind that multi group giveaways will not contribute as much as group only giveaways to your ratio. Thanks WindOfMemory for the clarification.

GamesGiveawayGroup is a SteamGifts Giveaway Group. We will recruit around 100 people.
Requirements to join are
1) Your SteamGifts profile must be lvl 3+
2) Good SteamGifts ratio of no more than 1.5 received than sent or better
3) New members are required to make a NON-BUNDLED game giveaway worth at least $9.99 within the first 24 hours of joining. That also counts as your first month giveaway. Do not enter any giveaways until the mandatory giveaway is completed.

Rules
1] All members need to create at least one monthly exclusive GROUP ONLY game giveaway, could be a bundled game if that is all you have.
2] NO REGION RESTRICTED GIFTS OR DLCS ALLOWED WITHOUT ADMIN PERMISSION. NO LVL4+ GIFTS ALLOWED WITHOUT ADMIN PERMISSION. THE GROUP IS LVL3+, AND WE SHOULD LET EVERYONE PARTICIPATE.
3] Mixed Group/Whitelisted GAs can be done after doing your mandatory Group only GA. These won't have ratio given by group and will be treated as bonus GAs.
4] Maintain in-group ratio of 3:1 or better. For every 3 games won, you need to give away at least one. For every $3 worth of games won, you need to giveaway at least $1.
Please check your ratios at http://www.steamgifts.com/group/EkKoj/gamesgiveawaygroup/users. Members not maintaining ratio will be warned once and then kicked out on repeating the same.
5] Giveaways should be between 1 day and 2 weeks long. Minimum 24 hours is a must so that members across all timezones can have a chance. If you have issues regarding this please contact the admins.
6] Follow SG and Steam rules. Be polite and respectful to other members. No insults, flaming comments, racist remarks etc. will be tolerated at any cost.
