I suspect it was Super Mario Bros (original, eh?). First PC game played was probably Alley Cat and first game(s) owned were Pac-Man, Defender, Missile Command, Haunted Mansion, Outlaws, some multi-layered tic-tac-toe game & hangman (Atari 2600)
First PC game owned was Sim Ant

Not counting boardgames, don't remember the first one here, I guess I might have played something simple before I turned 3, but my memory gets foggy that far back.

Digimon World on PSX. I enjoyeed it when I was 5 years old, and I still enjoy it nowadays.
