Uhm, thanks, but I literally asked a question about that site...

Those requirements are there just to panic people into upgrading their computers.
Your gpu might not even be the problem for GTA 5, but your cpu on the other hand... which we don't know about.
Look at it like this: if you play gta 4 with low quality, then gta 5 won't run on your computer. If you can run gta 4 with high quality with little to no issues in terms of fps, then you will likely be able to play gta 5 on lowest-med settings.

Will be better if you can find the specs of your laptop and post it here. On the other hand mobile GPUs are weaker than PCs one so you might have issues with running the game. Best case scenariou for you is to be able to run the game but with 20-25 fps on lowest .
My Opinion is not to buy it because you may end up wasting your money at this point if your laptop cant really handle it(on GPU charts your GPU got lower score than minimum requirments.
Edit: If you decide to buy it before 1st Feb you will get a giftable copy of San Andreas.

Well first of all, systemrequirementslab is useless. It compares box specs which really doesn't translate to actual performance, not that anyone knows how GTA V will run yet.
Radeon 6600M/6700M range from the 6630M which is HD5650 to the 6770M which is HD5770. The HD 5770 is slightly slower than a 4870 so you're somewhere on the border of just under minimum requirements. However, this does not mean you cannot run the game. The days of hardware simply being unable to run games are long gone outside of artificial limits like with one of the new COD games. I can guarantee you'll be able to run the game but not at what frame rates, and nobody can help you there until the game comes out.

Hi guys, I'm going to preface this by saying I really don't know much about computer specs. I know, it's a shame, but that's just the way it is. I was hoping you guys could help me.
I've played GTA V on PS3 and was really looking forward to playing it on pc, mainly because I still play GTA IV with all the mods that have come out for it. The requirements for it have been released, and not knowing what they really mean, I usually just go to systemrequirementslab.com to check out if I can run it.
Sadly, it says I don't meet the minimum requirements. However, upon reviewing the detailed list, I got confused.
The only thing giving me problems is my video card:
Minimum: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 1GB / AMD Radeon HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
You Have: AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series
But my card actually is stated to be on par or higher than the requirements:
Features: Minimum attributes of your Video Card
Required You Have
Pixel Shader version 4.0 5.0
Vertex Shader version 4.0 5.0
Dedicated Video RAM 1 GB 1.0 GB
So now I'm wondering if this could be a false negative? I need help here, my question is simple: can I run GTA V with this?
If the answer is positive, I'm going to pre-order the game. Steam says I'll get a free copy of GTA:SA with that, but I already own every GTA pc title on steam, so I'm hoping this free copy will be giftable. If so, I'll gladly create a giveaway to show my thanks.
Also, I can't really upgrade anything, since I'm a poor uni student and all I have is a laptop.
Looking forward to responses :)
