Just because it's you I'm going to tell you a secret now:
every game in your account for which you idled the cards makes your account eligible for booster pack drops. If you delete those games, you are no longer eligible for drops for this game. The fewer games eligible, the fewer drops you are getting.
tl;dr: you shouldn't delete them, you might get a booster pack.

That's literally impossible and Steam support even specifically pointed it out in the past when you requested a game deletion that you won't get any cards/boosters for it later. You are seriously confusing deleting a game and uninstalling it or hiding it in the client. If you would have actually deleted the games, you wouldn't have them still on your account, as it is rather obviously visible on your games tab.
