I see that now, though that wasn't the case at least at the start of the bundle (I know, because I used PP to buy it). This is what the store says:
Humble Bundle will donate the indicated percent of the net revenue from the listed price of each item sold through the Humble Store to the PayPal Giving Fund or the Tides Foundation Details…
i.e. It says nothing directly about allowing PP or not.

See bottom of the page
All major credit cards accepted. Payments via bank account are also supported by Amazon Payments. Bitcoin and PayPal payments have been disabled for the Humble Sierra Bundle. [...]
Actually they write the for the other bundle too (just it is called Humble GameMaker Bundle of course).

Ok, I give up :-)
(I was referring to what I thought the topic was, without actually reading it, as I came straight from HB site in order to see if anyone else could not buy the Sierra Bundle with PayPal - and then spotted your brand new thread. Later I saw you were writing about the Store)

Do you know why? And will it carry over to others?

Paypal made changes in their legal agreement, maybe Humble needs to agree with new terms or something?
Just guessing here.........

it says changes starting on 19th November at least in my pp mail - can't be that ... or could it :D

My mail doesn't give a date, so suggest to me that the changes have been made already.
But was just throwing in my 2 cents, because I can't imagine that Humble would drop Paypal on purpose, wouldn't be a very smart move imo.

Just checked - guessing its temporary ... my hb monthly is covered with PP monies not linked to CC.

No worries. They also have a tumblr account that most don't know about :3.

And of course this happens the one time I planned to buy the old Bundle last minute.
Now it seems to be back for me as well but they should have given the Sierra Bundle a few extra hours to compensate for that.
Well I was only going to by T1 anyway and while there are some very nice games in it, I don't intend to play any of them instantly so I guess having an incomplete Sierra Collection or none at all won't make that much difference...

I was trying to make a purchase from the humble store, but the process failed. I tried again a few times, until eventually the button for the PayPal payment just wasn't there. Anyone else seeing this?
Update:
Confirmed on their support twitter account
Update 2:
It seems to be working again!
