Happy cakeday! As for fruits and veggie's I enjoy both quite a bit. Very few of either that I don't like. Banana's specifically I hate. The texture is chalky, and gross... Lol. Most everything else is great, or good though.

I have a sad memory.
For logistical reasons, bananas arriving in Japan are "green".
Normally, green bananas are not distributed.
Despite the fact that they are sold after they turn yellow, a prankster once brought them to me and ate them.
Well, I have been tricked into eating something called banana-flavored cucumbers.
It made my throat itch.
It was hopelessly inedible.
It wasn't cucumber.γΎ(β§Ξβ¦)οΎOh..NO...π₯

I grew up hating veggies because my mom's idea of cooking them was to boil them beyond recognition and slather them in mayo to make you forget the fact they tasted like something from the trash bin.
Then I met my best friend whose mother had grown up on a huge farm. She made a challenge, and a game, of making me see veggies in a different light... and she won.
Now they are one of my favorite things to cook and my diet is about 75% veggies on most days.
