Never received game - Anything more I can do?

The rule of thumb is let him add you, if you add him he'll assume you're one of those greedy guys who changes his name and portrait to try and grab a free game.

But yeah, you can send an email to the SteamGifts email which is probably in the FAQ.

Stalyn, the giveaway ended a week ago... I wouldn't think of him as one of them greedy guys, but a guy who asked after a week, "Uh, are you just a troll?"

If your e-mail is currently empty, send an e-mail over inbox@steamgifts.com asking for the user to be banned.

The only way to deal with being scammed or not receiving the game that you won is to send an email, like Duck said to inbox@steamgifts.com and alleviate your problem there, outlining what happened and the name of the user that was involved in the incident.

Thanks for all the replies and getting results, its disappointing I didn't get my first raffle win, but I'm glad he got what was coming to him. And for the record I hear the game is awful, but I think it might be one of those things where people don't take the chance to master the controls and just say its shit but I dunno, I wanted to see for myself haha. Once again, thanks for everything.
