Dead Rising 3 NO KEY?!

Hello!

I got a Dead Rising 3 for free few days ago and I got a mail that i bought it and everything, but when i go in my account and „My Games“ there is no key as you can see here: http://prntscr.com/4vdz0h

If you could tell me whats wrong and where is my key that would be great.

I sent the mail to support too, still no response.. :/

My friend got it after me and he got a key, he has the game on steam. I got it before him and they cancelled it for me? what a bullshit..

They have the right to revoke your key at anytime, even if there was their mistake. You can not prove that you bought that game, instead you have abused a bug on their site right ??? You have no right to hold the game, Steam can delete your game at any time.

The picture says: Paid with wallet, 0,00 Pounds ==> Prove that you went at the game store and bought the game with your money wallet !
