Problems about emoticons and avatars

Hello there everybody;

I have google'd it and did something weird to fix it myself but there is a problem since last Steam update: avatars are mostly missing and emoticons aren't usable on chat. Also i can't see emoticons which sent to me (classic emoticon link appearance problem). Some texts (like Away, Online etc.) were clipped until today, but now it seems like it fixed itself somehow.
