Nah. I am just disappointed. They could have used it for better use. Like insulting the entrants or saying something interesting.

^ Bad Rats giveaway -> steamgifts get attacked by ILLUMINATI feat Anonymous -> the giveaway is deleted -> no one wins -> Everyone is lucky

Nah, I can always use a bit more luck :) If not to win the game, maybe with managing not to screw up when making cooking dinner XD

Well i suppose if you want to go even further then you could also point out that luck really does not exist,as it is impossible itself.
But that does not mean you can not believe in luck and go with the flow.
I do not find it annoying, though what i do find annoying is random post that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.
Examples: Thanks for Skyrim,Hersey,or typing like your talking like a 2 year old, like gibaway.
But that it just me but i do not believe in luck, but i still use the word luck so eh what do i know lol

Honestly think he's just joking rather then your understanding of the word "trolling".
Also to get back on topic, the way I see it. It's the way I would greet someone when I'm playing against another person whenever it's a physical sport or a video games.
Good luck, have fun.

...What? Are you serious or I'm missing something?

Well, I know there no hidden giveaway, so it seems you are indeed serious.
Well then no, I'm not annoyed by people doing this. And it's a bit weird to find it annoying...

No,I am not annoyed when people...
...wish "good luck to everyone" in their giveaway description

I was under the impression we could put anything in the descriptions. So I have been putting passwords, social security numbers, and bank account numbers in my giveaway descriptions. I mean, people don't read them anyways, right? [¬º-°]¬

Now that we have message notifications in giveaways, it gets annoying having to clear my inbox full of "thanks" and "good luck".

I am more annoyed by those misterious deleted comments people leave all over the place. WHAT THE HELL DID YOU WROTE?! WHY DON'T YOU WANT US TO FIND OUT?!

That's a bit of an empty sentence isn't it? The person who wins a giveaway is obviously lucky, because they won :D
Good question if they were already lucky and that's why they won, or you wishing them gave a random person the luck to win xD I'm going down the rabbit hoooole....

OP doesn't necessarily mean good luck in the giveaway, he may mean good luck in general, something like "I hope you won't get hit by a bus today" or "If your genitals won't get stuck in an industrial grade vacuum cleaner this weekend, that would be nice".
