So I entered a giveaway and I won. Normal start to a story. Yet When I won I was given a "Pass" to a game- This pass only gives you access to the full version of this game for a limited time period.
In the rules it says one cannot do this. I tried to reach out to the giveaway starter and he ignored me.
So I reported him 3 weeks ago.
Admins nor mods have yet to even glance at it.
So I think maybe its because the giveaway creator has $7,571.92 in given away games and the mods/admins dont think one false giveaway matters for someone that gives so much.

This "Pass" Gift can incriminate my account on this website for itll show Ive won this game yet it was never activated on my account making me eligible for Perma-Ban.

Perhaps reach out to the Giveaway creator about this fake giveaway?

There are almost never bans for fake giveaways, regardless of the amount given.

I dont care for banning the guy. I rather the guy just I dunno, Not make fake giveaways.
Thats like robbing someone of a win. Fucking rude as crap is what it is.
If I wanted a demo of the game I could easily get it free.

Then I don't get what is it that you want. For the giveaway to be deleted? Only if it is requested by the maker. You are given the option to mark the gift as received or not received. You are also presuming the creator knew it was just a demo. It could be a honest mistake. Or you might be wrong and, despite the wording, it is actually the full game.

Its a literal pass dude. A short time usage pass. Not a full time game or nothing. Its in my inventory right now

Then just mark it as not received, contact the giveaway creator (he might give you a new key/gift) and delete your support ticket (it has no bearing and only clutters the support ticket line)

There's a built in system in SG that prevents people from doing this too many times, unless they're also making 3 times as many legitimate giveaways. You have a limited number of giveaway slots, and if a giveaway is not marked as received, you don't get that slot back. So if you receive the wrong item, then just mark it as not received.

Well I saw lvl 8 user banned for fake GAs.

They gave 33 copies od Dark Souls 3 during price glitch, all gifts were revoked recently from winners account and they are suspended pernamently. So it happends, but creator has to "misuse" GAs really badly xD

Well support members have their own shame-pile of unresolved 31500 user reports :D

Most of them are probably long expired, but noone bother to review them and close unneded ones ;P

How long do they take to expire?

By expire I meant that it's no longer valid - like someone is pernamently banned, don't have unactivated games anymore, noone will suspend user for "inappropriate behaviour" in reports from konrad-like users and so on. But they are in the line "to be resolved".

Well the GA Creator broke the rules , so he should technically get punished for that ... 3 days suspend will serve him well :)

Wasn't hard to find the giveaway. Did you post a comment in the giveaway about the issue. That's the first thing you should do. All I can see is one deleted comment that might be yours. If they won't respond to you, just mark it as not received.

I tried to reach him directly

Posting in a giveaway IS direct, anything else is a behind-the-scenes workaround that often comes across as rather rude if you begin with it as your first approach. Moreover, posting in a giveaway is the surest way for staff to pay your considerations any mind, since that's the first and foremost place they check for validation of things [in fact, not posting in a giveaway may give the giveaway creator grounds to reroll on you, so don't let that happen].

Finally, user report tickets aren't for giveaways, they're for improper behavior. Staff only attends to user report tickets after all other ticket queues are cleared, and if any user reports aren't able to be reached in time, they're ignored outright (with the expectation that you'd resubmit them if they're still of concern).

The 'Other' support category is the one you ought use for reaching staff for any general matters- more notable to that effect, all staff can view Other tickets, while only a handful can address User Reports.

Now, it's fine to be irritated, but your approach here is coming across pretty over-the-top. :P
Moreover, you've got Tempete's attention- so go create an Other ticket now, link it to Tempete in his comment below, and ask him nicely to take a look at it, and he's more than likely to do so. Make sure to screenshot everything relevant that you can, and include links to those screenshots in the ticket when you create it.

That being said, there's really nothing Tempete can do for you other than acknowledge your circumstances and reach out to the GA creator on your behalf if they continue to not respond to you- Not Received already acts as 'negative giveaway feedback' for the site, and if a user obtains enough of those staff'll address them at that point.

When I tried that, I got admonished in the reply to each of those tickets. So I resolved to just make user reports and let the rule breakers enjoy their regifting and non activations and such in the intervening months.

It's just that we already have troubles answering the many questions and issues submitted in "Other", so if people start using it to report users, it will make things even worse

I do not remember at what kind of game, but when I unpacked 4x pack, on 3 additional copies also wrote that it's just a guest pass that confused me. However, by giving them to my friends - they were normal copies of the game, as it should have been originally.
Take a screenshot with a description of the gift in the inventory as a proof and activate it, and after 3 days, you can make sure whether it was a full version of the game with the wrong description or really just a guest pass.
Just keep this game in your inventory and do not know for sure - will not add the meaning.
