we got a little situation here me got a user here at steam gifts that he is not recieving gifts he have won 2 giveaways and both waiting to recieve what ia m going to do

You send it to him and when he receives it make sure he goes through the process on the Site here, maybe explain it to it to him. Could be someone who didn't read the FAQ as usual. . Otherwise open up a support ticket if he doesn't to cover yourself from his wrongdoing

To tell you the truth that profile looks like a dummy account, looks very suspicious.
only 9 games on his account (just barely enough to sign up on steam gifts)
only 1 friend (might be the main account, also its listed private)
no steam activity at all, looks like its just created trying to fish more wins here, sorry thats what it looks like to me.
sucks that so many people abuse this site, I would love to make more public giveaways :/

Send the gifts. He will mark them as received when he gets the chance. If he does not/he marks as not received, your gift/trade history can be checked to see if it has been sent anyway. Stop worrying.

Got the same problem right now. I've send email with the key, and guy still didn't check it has been recived. So i tried to add him on Steam ( no response, but he's online from time to time) I even created group named "Hey, man did you recived the gift" and then I invited the guy to it, but still no response, it's getting really irritating. Anyone have some ideas how i can convince the guy to mark that he recived the key?

Nobody that has won any of your giveaways has ever received the gift, the one person who confirmed he received the gift must have misunderstood, he commented ("why you didnt sent me the gift?") and doesn't have the game in his account.
