Dude, are you stupid or what? 4 MB/sec is normal for your download speed. Moslty, because speedtest measures your download speed in megaBITS, but steam in megaBYTES. A byte is 8 bits. Do the math. Also, don't complain, your net is good.

Speedtest gives me 10 MB/s on speedtest but I only get 1 MB/s on steam.

At home, it's so slow speedtest.net fails to run the program properly ._.

Yea i get that also my internet says i can download at 101Mb but steam downloads at a peak of 2.1 or 2.2 mb at most.

Faster than most, I guess.
