pretty easy to calculate regular trading prices
but depends mostly on the profit ur fine with
many factors set up the price for a game in trading
just a simple example
Lowest Store price / TF2 key Steammarkt price (after fees) = Game Price in TF2 Keys (without profit)
Game Price in TF2 Keys * TF2 Blackmarket price = Game Price in Real Money (Paypal etc)
profit +- that what all current other traders want (to be a fair trader)
to be unfair put everything you want above the regular prices form other traders :p

If I'm not wrong this game has been free. Also it has been on sale countless times. You'd be better trading it for some other game that you want (with symilar value)

Yep. Valve gave it away to anybody on Christmas 2013, so I doubt there's too many

It could maybe work if you'd pick an expensive popular new game like Stardew Valley or Rocket League but better ask some experienced traders about their advices or pay them for their info ( they are traders so they will trade their time I guess) =p

Trading gifts will bring u almost no profit, unless fresh AAA titles, and even those are cheaper at Kinguin/G2A.
EDIT: If u want real profits $$$$$$$$$$$$$$, trade CS:GO stuff, but hey, market is about to crash, take it at ur own risk :)
