The bundle page doesn't say anything about that. Do you know any way to confirm besides being able to activate the keys?

HB never mentions region locks, you need to know that. But some publishers send them region-specific keys, and Deep Silver is a special case, because they even separate ROW countries (Europe cannot activate US keys and the other way around, even though normally we can exchange keys).
The best way is to find the bundle it was in and check Rachel's thread about it in this forum's Deals sections. She lists all available info about a bundle.

According to this (Rachart has been deleted or archived for this HB) Saints Row 2 and 3 get a cut version in Germany, but are otherwise activable. I'll make a note in the GA and take it into account for next time. Thanks for your help!
