edit: sorry, was thinking of adhoc. Yes there are about a half dozen games that are 2 player on 1 PSP

That one cooking game. Also the one where you steer the otter down the river and avoid the killer whale. If you want titles, I can't remember them, it's obscure indie PSN stuff. Same guys who made Charge! Tank Squad listed below I think.

So you want a game that supports 2 players on 1 PSP? I don't think there are many. Pass&play is the only way I can see it working.
Anyway, Worms: Open Warfare 2 will probably work.

Patapon 2 and 3 have ad hoc multiplayer, but I don't think that's what OP is looking for.
