I think you should play Armed With Wings: Rearmed and Knights of Pen and Paper, because both of those games have been sitting in my library for ages, waiting to be played, and I could use some motivation to play them :D

Happy birthday! :) If you want something online multiplayer, Gmod has a bunch of different gamemodes. I personally used to be a big fan of TTT and Murder.

Otherwise, I have to recommend Bioshock 2 because your profile picture reminds me of Elizabeth.

Garry's mod if you want some good random fun and to use various characters and objects from all sorts of places while you do it.. Lol.

I see you have Drift Streets Japan on there. I quit enjoyed it. Even with keyboard its ton of fun, if you like drifting or racing in general. Altough havent played it for a long time.. Dont know what has changed, but it seems to have mostly negative reviews... Anyway, I remember it fondly.

What else can I add... Mafia and Mass Effect are great, but I dont doubt you have these on your playing radar already :D

Happy Birthday. I can only recommend those I already played, so there are my types:
Braid - great brain teaser with magnificent soundtrack
Fallout - classic, mustplay
LIMBO - atmosphere
Risk of Rain - nice music, a lot of refferences to movies and games, can be hard
Super Hexagon - good luck with beating first level!
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines - great adaptation of paper RPG; if you aren't familiar with that one it's still good RPG with vampires in modern human society.

People have already mentioned HL, so I advise Mount & Blade, but you have only Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword (it's more mod and I think it's more interesting for the people of Eastern Europe), Mount & Blade: Warband is much more interesting.
