you can choose to opt out of all mail and notification from within the app. you can sign up via email, twitter, or facebook. all you hav to do is play the game to get the reward, no surveys, no messages, nothing, when the reward is available to get it will let you know, or you can check yourself.

not really, it stays there and when there is something that you are eligible it tells you, an no pop up, at least for me.

too much work to install the app and play games? like you already do with steam...right...

also, you don't even have ot sign up, i learned that they apply a guest account if you just install the app without signing up, you can still earn the rewards too!

Some of us have better things to do than install more bloatware on their system, especially for a $3 game that doesn't really interest me all that much. Plus if I was gonna play MTG I would probably rather do it in the physical card game form. Also Steam is already installed and I was already using it so that part is moot.

you dont even have to play the the games. just like it, choose platform, and track game time manually.
