I received Robotgift on steamgifts but limited to theses countries :
Belice, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Bahamas, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname, Brazil, Mexico

If one guy living on theses last, i can send the game.

yes but whitout using the giveaway method. only by the forum. Just contact me or add me, i'll send the game (i prefer one guy who lives on theses countries can play that i own a gift that i can"t use).

give the game back and ask for a ROW gift or key.if the gifter can't provide you a proper gift then mark as not received after 7 days don't regift anything

yep, but i don't think that gifter want to send me another game. his account is suspended too.

better delete the giveaway link since this is calling out
and you shouldn't mark it as received, you will get suspended because you didn't activate the game on your account
give him the game back and if he doesn't give you a row copy mark not received
