Never gonna give the gib

I lied.

So... My birthday is on december 3rd. And precisely on that day someone will win a special gib!

But for real I just wanted an excuse to make this puzzle.
It's (not) too hard!!

Oh and no cheating guys. You now the rules, and so do I.

No level restrictions I hate that sh.. and the gib is LA Noire normal, not complete, because I'm poor :/

And it's my first puzzle and forum givaway. So basically I have no idea what I'm doing.
