I know that i can add found by this site -> http://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds?l=polish and there is paypal option. But is there any other way, because i dont have paypal, even bank account ;D For ex. i gave money to my frend who have 10$ on his steam wallet, ang he add me 5$ to my wallet, and he has 5 on his wallet. Idk how to describe that in other way..

Give money to your friend. He puts the money on his account and buys the gifts you want. After that he simply give you the games via trade.

Simple answer is no. Another user can not use their steam wallet funds to add to yours.

Hello.
I havent use steam wallet to this time, because i own cdkeys via sites like ebay. And there is summer sale... Is there any way to other user of steam add cash from his wallet to mine? For ex. when i give him some stuff from inventory, he add money to my wallet? And can i have access to steam comunity to sell my items from inventory then?
Thanks for reply :) And sorry for my bad english :D
