Wasn't it already kinda cleared up n as indiegala having asked valve to disable some leftover keys but valve instead disabled pretty much all of them, so not groupees fault?
and for that greenlight game... where does groupees have the keys from if not from the dev? I'd bet he did make a contract he didn't dare to read, handed out the keys and though he could decide where or when groupees must use them (while said contract probably says otherwise).
Just assuming here that they are not guilty... guess that's better than your out of the blue assumptions of them being not trustworthy...

Sigh... yes, Valve did. That's the controversy... Groupees says they asked Valve to revoke the extra keys, but there was a mixup/misunderstanding/typo/who knows, and all of them were revoked.
Do you have any context for that Groupees quote in the picture yet? I'll try to find if it exists myself.

A groupees rep claimed that Valve disabled all the keys when they just asked them to disable unsold keys.
If it's the vault of Valve or Groupees is hard to say at this point. It might well be that whoever was submitting the request did it incorrectly, and that was why Valve disabled all the keys. Mistakes happen, and as long as Groupees fixes the problem, I would not judge them too harshly for their mistake (as long as it remains an isolated incident).

youre right if it would be one error but its not the first one a good example was Nekro who revoked all unused keys. Then the dev who signed a music contract then a Gamecontract and groupees lying to us a long time and say it was the dev fault. And there are at least 10 other Problems with other Greenlight Devs and everytime was Groupees involved

It's a reoccuring joke to sue Informatics, and if you actually look back the whole chat, they were joking for minutes before, and after the screenshotted chat.
Boundel's dev posted an announcement sooner than to actually inform groupees about the problem - not to mention that they have a contrat.
But I think it's time to call you a terrible investigator to post out of context shards of information and still go on a full-front attack

You think a firm is trusfull if a worker laugh about you if you have a serious Problem that never happens to you? i have nearly over 4000 games never is one of my Games revoked., Also i make a trade with this game and since im a trustfull trader i contacted this person i feel bad for him too. in my view it is not ok to laugh in that moment at your customers , if you think thats the sort service you like then go on and buy games there

im a good customer on every Bundle site so no worries about that, but be a good customer dont means i have to accept bad customer support . Im not sure youre aware what this situation means for Steamgift (giveaways and trades) Days under Custody its not the only one Axyos make his unused keys also not anymore usable. If that starts you can not longer make giveaways or trades with bundlet keys because you never know they are working or not. Groupees have actually some real Problems not only with workers who doesnt care about the revoking(Days under Custody) from many accounts
now they sell a game without the permission from the Gamemaker
