New shows that released this season (that haven't been mentioned):
Scream Queens - it's a funny horror show.
The Player - If you enjoyed Human Target you would probably like this one, it's not a masterpiece or anything like that, but it's a fun action show.

Older show but not very famous so you might have missed it: Better off Ted.

If you watched Limitless I would recommend the tv show. It's called Limitless as well. Takes place in the same world, and there's even some guest appearances from Bradley Cooper.

And if you haven't seen Fringe already, give it a try :D

Transparent (comedy/drama), Silicon Valley (comedy).... also I liked The Brink (another comedy)

Okay, so:

a) really recent tv shows:

• AGENT CARTER - i love it, she's the ultimate female superhero, fully human but still awesome, great plot, great characters, it's just so good.
• Quantico - only a few episodes so far, fun, writing isn't bad, cool main character.
• Supergirl - only like two episodes in, quite cool, fun to watch, similar to the Flash, lighter in tone than Arrow.
• Scream - one season, it's made by MTV so it's worse than the movies, but still fun. Finding out who killer is wasn't a suprise, but at least it was logical, not like in PLL.
• Scream Queens - it's dark comedy and quite stupid, but I find it pretty funny. Only a few episodes so far.
• iZombie - one season and second is airing right now, fun if you like "case of the week" shows.
• How to get away with murder - dark in tone, amazing acting, awesome plot, just great show, i recommend everyone to check it out, Viola Davis got an Emmy for role in this.

b) older ones:

• Orphan Black - three seasons, awesome plot, BEST acting i've ever seen, Tatiana Maslany plays 12 people and a scorpion.
• Person of Interest - it's little boring at first, but gets AWESOME after like two seasons, great characters, great plot.
• Lost girl - it's stupid, but fun.
• True Blood - main character is annying as hell, but at least vampires are shown better than in Vampire Diaries.
• Once Upon a Time - I really love the idea of modern fairy tale, so I like this show. Writers are awful tho, so it gets bad after like two seasons.
• Glee - again, stupid but fun.
• Faking It - like above.
• The 100 - I like post-apo, and it has great main characters and cool plot.
• Warehouse 13 - cool idea, cool characters, gets kinda boring after like three seasons tho.
• Defiance - post-apo, cool plot, has a video game, not the best but still good.
• Rookie Blue - cool as far as cop shows go.
• Legend of the Seeker - fantasy, only two seasons, quite cool, inspired by a book series.
• Elementary - Sherlock Holmes in different way, I prefer it over british BBC's Sherlock, John Watson is a woman (Lucy Liu!) and it's just so cool.
• Doctor Who & Torchwood - british classics, cool, but not for everyone.
• Skins - also british, kinda weird but I like it.

c) really old but GREAT ones:

• Buffy: the Vampire Slayer - it's such a classic, I just love it, so cool, and vampires are no Edward Cullen.
• Xena: Warrior Princess - also a classic, great characters, plot and everything and I love Lucy Lawless.

d) also the Netflix shows cos they all are awesome:

• Daredevil - not bad but I don't like the actor who plays Matt Murdock.
• SENSE8 - it's just so, so awesome, one of the best plots in all of tv, great acting and diverse cast.
• Orange is the New Black - weird but cool, sometimes funny, sometimes sad, tells great stories.

I've watched all of these and many more I can't remember right now. I hope this will help! :) Sorry for the long post but I'm quite the tv shows maniac. If you like the Walking Dead you may also enjoy new show Fear the Walking Dead, I only watched 2 episodes of it so I can't really tell if it's good tho.

If you like game of thrones i definitely recommend you Vikings, its awesome!

I really don't know too much about more recent shows so sorry if you've seen these but these are some of my favourite series.

Avatar: The Legend of Aang/Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of my favourite animated TV series ever, don't bother with anything after the 3rd season though.

Community. It's awesome.

Continuum, if you're not bothered by some pretty bad CGI stuff.

If you aren't completely put off cop shows I suggest Flashpoint, though the later seasons aren't as good it is a great show which highlights the negotiation side of police work.

Kyle XY is amazing.

Once Upon A Time is great for some fairy tale stuff with some really bad CGI.

I don't know why I like it so much but Parenthood is great. Warning, you may end up in tears.

The Musketeers is really good with a great cast.

The only shows that have me really interested so far are The Flash, Arrow and Supernatural. If you have Netflix you can give Bojack Horseman a try too.

Two of the relatively newer ones: The Knick, UnReal.
And one of the obvious ones, perhaps somebody already mentioned it or you've already watched it: American Horror Story.

The Librarians started it's second season this week. There are three TV movies prior to the series.

Plus some I don't think has been mentioned yet: Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell and Poldark.
Jessica Jones which goes on Netflix on 20 November seems like it'll be great too!

I didn't read anyone else's posts so sorry if some of these are repeated. I'm just going to list my favorites in no particular order.

Shows that are still alive:
-Orphan Black (3 seasons so far)
-Once Upon A Time (On its 5th season now. From the creators of Lost, its a bit cheesy at times, but once you get used to that its great.)
-The Last Man On Earth (On its second season now.)
-Gotham (On its second season.)
-Blindspot (On its first season. Great show so far.)
-Supergirl (On its first season. Just started, awesome so far.)
-Flash (Second season. This one is my current favorite.)
-Arrow (4th season.)
-Limitless (Just started its first season. Sequel to the movie of the same name. Great show so far. See the movie first if you haven't yet.)
-Heroes Reborn (First season. Sequel to the original Heroes series which aired for around 4 seasons. Stellar so far.)
-The Big Bang Theory (duh.)
-Adam Ruins Everything (This was a surprise. Quite enjoyable.)
-Fear The Walking Dead (Spinoff. I really hope they continue this series.)
-Sherlock (4th season should start up sometime... eventually.)
-Sense8 (First season came out on netflix. Will be getting a second season. Decent show. Starts off REALLY slow though. Way too many sex scenes and its constantly shoving LBGT messages down your throat, but its a good show.)
-Dark Matter (Got renewed for a second season next year. Great new sci-fi show, feels like it wants to be Firefly.)
-Better Call Saul (I'm sure you know about this one though.)
-Lucifer (Hasn't started yet, but I saw the pilot episode [might have been a leak, idk.] and it was excellent.)
-Daredevil (Can't wait for season 2.)
-Agents of SHIELD (Season 3 is the best so far.)
-Agent Carter (Is getting a season 2 in the winter.)
-Jessica Jones (Starts soon, can't wait.)
-Blacklist (3 seasons and going strong. Great show.)

And then some shows that ended, but are pretty great:
-Falling Skies (Just finished its 5th and final season.)
-Defiance (Just finished its 3rd and final season.)
-Continuum (Just completed its 4th and final season.)
-Pushing Daisies (I think this only got 2 seasons. Probably my favorite show of all time.)
-Eureka (Ran for 4 seasons I think. Fun show, I was sad to see it go but it was obviously getting too expensive to keep going with the shenanigans they were doing in that final season.)
-Warehouse 13 (This was a fun filler show that I'd watch between other shows that I grew to love more than I thought I would. Has probably the best finale sendoff I've ever seen in a tv series.)
-Daybreak (Groundhog day the tv series essentially. Pretty great show from what I remember. Only had one season.)
-White Collar (4 or 5 seasons. I loved this show and was so sad that it ended.)
-Dexter (duh. First 3 seasons are great. After that it drops to decent.)
-Being Human (U.S. version. 3 seasons I think. I loved this show. Sad to see it go.)
-Sliders (An older show. It was really great up until the point a key main character died [You'll know what I'm talking about when it happens], I suggest you stop watching after that death because its all downhill from there. The final season is just a travesty.)
-Fringe (Ended a few years back. Fun while it lasted.)

*Edit: Also. Mr.Robot was excellent! I'm torn. I want a second season, but what made the first season so great isn't really something you can do a second time and get away with.
