What games did you buy on Origin but the key also worked on STEAM?

EA games you buy on Steam might be able to register on Origin.

It does not work the other way around.

Most games from EA can be activated on Origin provided you get a CD key on Steam (for some of them you have to dig through the registry). Some won't work but if you get a helpful support rep they will add it for you, others won't. It's pretty much hit and miss, but if you try again another time and get a different support rep he might add it for you. That's pretty much the only use I have for Origin, as the only games I have there are the ones I got for free and the keys from Steam that I registered there also. Kind of a backup of my games on a different service that will probably never be used.

No Origin key will work on Steam

Oh I tried to get Need for Speed Shift activated on Origin as I have it on Steam. When I tried the key origin said it was all ready in use. When I talked too an EA "Advisor" he told me its a Steam product we have nothing to do with it and will not activate it on origin. Nice guy huh?!
