Sorry to hear you're having a hard time, I'm sure you've already been told this but if you can maybe it will help you to go outside to be more with nature, do a little exercise or take a short walk, I know it's complicated but I hope that you manage to overcome your anxiety problem with or without the help of medication, hopefully playing the new monkey island will help you with this

Thanks, yeah people said, and i told myself but there are been moments its too hot (or we got a lot of rain) but most of all i need to kick my out butt to get out more..that's the major obstacle. ;)

I just heard about a study today that found that spending time around water of any kind (so including public fountains, for instance) improved mental health. Anyway, happy birthday!

Happy birthday dude! It sure is tough sometimes, I wont pretend I know what you're going through just try to hang in there; the other choice is no choice at all, surrender. We're in it for the ride, whatever it means and wherever it takes us..
Sometimes I've thought about what would it change for me to know exactly when and how I'm going to go out, to expire, if I would like to know or just ignorance is bliss
Sure you'll trust that you got things sorted and nothing could surprise you no more, but also maybe loose all sense of marvel and joy; maybe it's like you already gone.
You know yourself better than us, so if you at least have leads to find (sooner) ways to cope instead of patiently waiting for lord knows how many months, you do you nothing wrong with that.
It's funny how others could judge and make remarks about another person's life without being in their shoes..
Alright 'nouf of this. Try to stay positive, upbeat, chill and simply enjoy whatever it is that brings you at least a drop of joy while helping or not hurting others ofc, that's all anyone of us could hope for anyways

I am trying, and playing (and having) an amount of computer games certainly helps, and while tricky and you never know for sure (i do base on site reviews like trustpilot) that i got internet medicine to help me get through some of it, if i had it from a shrink it would have been covered though, that's the only difference, but the money is worth it to me.

That's what matters, just keep going!. I'm playing way less than what I used to, sometimes I dont have time but most times I dont have the will, idk, I watch some show or movie or anime (I'm picky now).
One thing about costs and money is that no one should tell you nothing, that's your business. We should look more at how we behave towards others, animals and the world we're living than material stuff we wont carry with us anyways so..

It's the same as saying money doesn't buy you happyness, but without it does not make you happy either, very unhappy even.
If certain prices are rising through the roof like energy alone from 200 to 800 a month, which is a few months salaries per year for someone.
Then it brings unhappyness to many people, barely able to feed their own children, or there is a lack of healthcare, which result usually in greed and not caring about animals, nature etc, because one goes into survival mode.
Then we are in a way being forced or "told" what to do (or more can't do, like people not getting children because they can't afford it or are afraid of the future).
A thing that wasn't there as much in the 80's-90's as it's playing in the last couple of years, companies want a profit each year instead of returning it to the people paying them, and governments not helping, no instead raising taxes even.

So yeah that time of the year again, and no i am not digging it at all.
Also just a bad time, they already cut me off my meds cold turkey for 3 months, then had to wait 6 more weeks because everyone was on holiday and heard today that i should just wait "patiently" 7 more months till its my turn with the shrink. I don't know how you can wait patiently with (severe) anxiety, i just told them they could stuff the whole shrink thing, i will find ways myself then to cope with it.
Also didn't get a second job interview (but secretly hoping it wouldn't get through anyway because of reasons).

I was going to gift return of monkey island when it came out, but it kinda came way earlier then expected and there is no financial room atm so sorry, maybe next month, and maybe not (times are getting harsher financially these days), we will see.
I did get it myself though, and very anxiously waiting for it's release date, and hoping the gameplay would just be as good.
