Well the best thing to do is take it apart and put the top part with your keys in the dishwasher, works well for me when i decide to spill something on mine. Sounds weird but it works well and is basically a new keyboard when its done.

This is the reason I saran wrap my keyboard and mouse. If anything gets on it, I just unwrap, throw it away and add a new layer.

I spilled water, but hopefully it didn't go on my pc,keyboard etc. Once,my sister spilled coca cola on my psp .. eh.. it still works but the battery doesn't last that long anymore.

If I spilled tea and my T key stopped working I think I would be less mad because I would have a funny story about breaking something.
I spilled tea on my keyboard once, got sticky so I just used it until it got unsticky.

Now it's all sticky. Everything's dry already, but my keyboard feels weird. Like, I have to push the buttons harder!
Anyways, my 10€ A4-TECH X-SLIM USB KV-300H, which I've been using for 2 years now is still working.
Have you ever spilled something all over your desk or keyboard?
ed: Oh, irony. I spilled Tea and my T is not working anymore :( I'm using my backup keyboard just to type "T"
