Another Steam refund thread.

I bought FEZ during this sale, played it for 40 minutes and I decided that I don't like it. As far I can see, other games have a "reason" for a refund request (for example, L4D2 can be refunded because 'It's not what I expected' or 'I purchased this by accident') but FEZ only gives me 2 options when I click support

Any idea how to refund it?
*I was too lazy to upload the pic to imgur so I sent it on FB and got the link from there.

Just choose 'gameplay or technical issue', and will give you the option to refund afterwards.

I tried that and it sends me into an infinite loop so to say.

I click refund -> You selected the issue: I'm having gameplay or technical issues
I click that and it takes me back to the main page.

Well, yes, but as I said in my last comment, when i click "request refund" it takes me to the You selected the issue: I'm having gameplay or technical issues page. It's bugged ._.

Wait a day or so.

Also check madjoki's comment. Refunds only work with bought games.
