This is not regifting, It's a newly generated copy of the game, he's not giving away the copy he got, don't be a troll, and let him give back.

As long as you activated it, giving away the extra copy isn't an issue. It's the same with Frozen synapse.

I've done the same yesterday. Got a 2-Pack and create a new giveaway using the extra activation.
That is not regifting because you DID activate the game on your account. It's not against the rule.

BTW: what's the difference of creating a new giveaway and making one on the forum?
I saw people arguing over this on the forum and just couldn't figure it out.
Since it's passing on other's generosity instead of stealing, and it is obvious that the publisher decided to include the essence of gifting upon purchase (although Outerlight has committed it's a "shameless means of sales", but whatever?), why there's so many voices against?

But i'm pretty sure that it will not improve your contribution, cause it already was in bundle
