Injustice Amazon key - Regon locked or not?

Pretty much the title, with the recent changes on region-locking, would I be able to activate an Amazon key if I managed to get one? Been thinking about picking it up for a while, but since it's not available on Steam in my region, I never did. And now that cross-region gifting is dead, this would be one of the only ways to get it.

I use this, idk how accurate it is, but according to it, it's ROW clicky.
But wait for a second opinion also. :)

It's pretty much the cheapest option I've found though, apart from GamesRocket, but the same question applies to that one as well.

The lowest it's ever been is $3 on Nuuvem but it has been $5 on steam also

Yeah, I've checked for that, too. Regretting not getting someone to gift it to me while I still could.

But yeah, if I recall correctly, most key stores still have region-free keys in stock, so that's why I want to get it while I still (presumably) can.

The new steam trading rules only apply to Steam gifts. Keys should be the same arrangement as they were before (with region locking specified by the publisher).

$9.99 isn't bad. I'd say go for it. I got it when it was $49.99 and did not regret it.
